Seeking a competent part-time office assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a customer-first, personable and hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks efficiently. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Part Time: 20 - 25 Hours Weekly

Pay: $12 hr/ DOE


  • Answer phones, customer service with a smile, book appointments

  • Respond to customer inquiries on social media, email, and phones

  • Post updates on social media

  • Track and monitor important deadlines

  • Coordinate with staff to ensure compliance with established policies

  • Maintain trusting relationships with partnerships, customers, and colleagues

  • Perform receptionist duties when needed


  • Proven experience as an, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Suite

  • Working knowledge of social media and the internet

  • Working knowledge of computer and office equipment

  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative and collaborative thinker

  • Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
